Support is email only: no phone, live chat, or account dashboard. Use this for missing or expired links, duplicate charges, checkout problems, privacy questions, wrong files, or a file that cannot be downloaded, opened, or extracted using common tools. It sends one message to support@souq.md.
Include the checkout email, product name, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue. Support reviews messages as availability allows.
Do not send passwords, card numbers, API keys, secrets, or regulated data. Re-sends and corrections depend on the order record, link status, and the original checkout email.
